1.What kind of price form do you have?
We prefer FOB,bekoz most of our clients have their own forwarders.if

you want,we could offer you CIF.
 
2.How about the deliver time ?
If you bought our stock pens ,we should send you within 3days,and if another pens not in stock ,the deliver time should be about 20 days or  more.

3.What is your payment term?
We accept T/T.30% deposit before production,and 70% balance before shipping.

4.Could you send me some sample?
Yes.We could send you some samples but you need to pay for the freight. Could you please send me an email with sample information and your shipping details.
5.What is the moq? can i order 1000pcs?
For qty of 1000pcs,we advise you to buy our stock. if you want models out of stock,the MOQ is 10000pcs for one model
